🦄You are not crazy

You are not crazy for desiring more than the “normal” life.

You are not crazy for dreaming big, bigger than those around you.

You are not crazy for feeling deeply, for caring so much, for loving fiercely.

You are not too emotional. You are not too sensitive.

The world has just become too loud, too chaotic, too overstimulating.

But you? You are still soft, still aware, still tuned into the beauty beneath the noise.

You are amazing the way you are!

Here’s the thing

When you do “crazy” things like dancing in the rain,

singing loudly in the shower, moving however your body calls you to — you’re not crazy.

You are free.

You are expressing yourself fully.

And that?

That is power.

Today, I am inviting you to reflect

Where are you dimming yourself?

Where are you holding back because others told you it’s not “appropriate” to sing, or dance or laugh or cry when you feel it?

Don’t let anyone take away your YOU.

Distance yourself from those who say you are too much, too loud, too emotional, too anything - because you are perfect just as you are.

You are beautiful in your unique expression and your feelings are VALID.

Here’s my confession

I AM CRAZY.

And I LOVE IT.

Why? Because it makes me unique.

Who decided that “crazy” is unacceptable?

Who told us that the wild, untamed, free version of ourselves is something to hide?

Not in my world.

In my world, I praise you for your uniqueness.

You can be just who you are.

I see you. I hear you. You are amazing.

Please, don’t hide anymore.

Let yourself be fully YOU.
