I can support you to explore your values and beliefs systems, so you can build a solid foundation and move towards your desired outcomes with confidence.
It is my mission to increase your body, mind and soul connection and bring you back in touch with your intuition and inner guidance system. I will provide you with the tools and techniques you need to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Together we will discover and define your goals and create an action plan customized to your needs.
Each coaching session is personalized to your current needs and may include Chakra balancing, Crystal healing, Reiki, oracle card reading, meditation or Mindfulness exercises. I cater to each of my client’s personal needs in order to unlock their full potential. Coaching sessions can optionally be held outside (weather dependent) to additionally benefit from the calming effects of nature on our mind and body.
Reiki Healing Session
The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei” meaning universal or spiritual consciousness and “ki,” meaning life energy. Reiki is the channelling of this universal life energy into your body. The person receiving the treatment report differing effects, such as increased warmth, a tingling sensation, or most probably, absolute relaxation. Every Reiki treatment is different and individual to you.
Animals respond very well to Reiki treatments too. Many clients report feelings of reduced stress, increased wellbeing, a clearer mind and a boost of vitality after the session.
Chakra Balancing & Crystal Healing
Chakras are energy centers in our body. When our chakras are balanced, the universal life energy can freely flow through our body. However they can become blocked or imbalanced for example through stress, worries or trauma. During the healing session I will bring them back into alignment and release energetic blockages.
Crystals are great tools for energy work. They are powerful energy amplifiers, which respond to our chakras. Crystals interact with the body’s energy field, creating balance and alignment.
An energy healing session will promote your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. Energy healing is a complementary healing modality and doesn’t replace conventional medical treatment.
